Handmade fruit and gourd pies
baked locally in Duluth Minnesota.
I started baking pies when a friend of mine had too much rhubarb and not enough time. I harvested it and it started me on a road to appreciating locally sourced ingredients. It might sound silly but things grown locally taste better. They really do! I source as much of my produce as possible from local Minnesota and Wisconsin farmers.

Cranberry Pies:
Half Pound 3-inch cranberry pies. Made with Wisconsin cranberries. The cranberries taste like cranberries. With an oatmeal crumble topping.
Gourd Pies:
Half Pound 3-inch Gourd pies. Made with locally grown Butternut, Buttercup, and Acorn squash. Better than any pumpkin pie you’ve ever had. Probably.
